- A booking fee of $102 applies for all mobile bookings which will then be deducted on the day/evening of your party click here for a secure payment by paypal
- or $100 Bank transfer is the easiest way to pay your deposit. Bank details will be given once you book with us.
- Be lured needs to be informed at least 1 to 2 weeks prior to the day with confirmation on the numbers and type of treatments, clients names and the duration
- Cancellations on the day are non-refundable
- Hostess should advise of any medical concerns of each guest
- Any parking or toll fees must be paid by the hostess.
- Please allow an extra 15 minutes for set-up & pack-up this is not charged into your treatment time.
Cancellations for individual treatments require no less than 48 hours notice. Any cancellations made on the day or within 48 hours of the party must be paid in full. No atm facilities available, please pay by cash on the day for the outstanding amount.
Belured has arranged products, staff and allowed a certain time for the pamper party as we have various pamper parties booked in on the day. If more than one person is sick or did not attend you will have to replace their service or pay it in FULL. This applies to no matter how small or large your party is. The objective of our treatments is that everyone can relax and enjoy their treatments, (especially including you, the hostess/organiser). We aim to take as much responsibility off your shoulders as we can by organising our Beauty Therapists, suggesting suitable treatments for your guests and using our experience to facilitate a smooth and relaxing start to your event.
In the days prior to your appointment, we will contact you to confirm guest numbers, treatments and timings. We will confirm at this stage any on-the-day requirements that we may need (such as parking, space for treatment tables, water, electricity, etc). After this time we may not be able to cater for any changes in number or treatments (however we understand the confirming numbers can be difficult and we do endeavour to be as flexible as we can). In order to make it easy for us one the day of your party, hostess to organise and collect all the funds from people receiving treatments.
Our therapists will arrive to begin their treatments at the appointed time. You and guests will begin to relax and be pampered! Once everybody has received all their treatments, we will then clean up and leave you to enjoy the rest of your party. | SERVICES
